There is definitely a city skyline to the right of the box, for sure. Although it looks like people standing around to the left. The box may be from the mecca picture, but it is different because there is a tapestry band all around the mecca picture, one single row.

Oh yeah! NOT. And, anyone that put that image together couldn't possibly have been able to alter what's on the tapestry.
Perhaps the thing that appears to be a dome is as close as said "anyone" could find to represent what appears to be the street layout of Washington D.C.?
The eagle feather likely stands for this too.
