Some posters have wondered why the Schindlers did not recommend Pearse as guardian to Judge Demers last week.
Pearse had been the only Guardian Ad Litem previously approved by a court to serve Terri Schiavo's interests.
Now we know why.
Judge Demers appointed a medical professor and lawyer, Jay Wolfson, as a new guardian for Terri Schiavo.

This is all well and good, except for the other issues.
Michael claims repeatedly, there is no insurance policy on Terri.
Michael live-in girlfriend, who he was having an affair with before Terri's 'injury', has her own, run from the house, INSURANCE COMPANY. Coincidence?
Michael claims that since there were no bruises detected by doctors at the emergency room (who, btw, weren't looking for bruises), that he didn't choke her until she was unconscious. Notice how he is so specific. First, a pillow over the mouth does the same thing, with no bruises, and there are other ways to choke you until you are unconcious.
His abandonment of therapy and general care for Terri say more than any words he could utter.
