ARTICLE SNIPPET:
"Federal prosecutors say the lawyer for a University of Idaho student accused of having links to international terrorists might have a conflict of interest because he is being paid by the Saudi Arabian government. According to a motion filed Oct. 30 in federal court, prosecutors say attorney David Nevin could possibly discourage student Sami Al-Hussayen from taking actions contrary to a third party´s interest in this case the government of Saudi Arabia. Nevin, citing the rules of professional conduct, said in a court document filed Tuesday he would not disclose whether he was being paid by the Saudi Arabian government. But the document said that in general, accepting such payment would be appropriate. It is entirely proper for Saudi Arabia to pay for the defense of one of its citizens, Nevin said in his written response to the motion. The (U.S.) government is more interested in avoiding than guaranteeing effective assistance of counsel for Mr. Al-Hussayen. Nevin said in a written response that the prosecutors´ motion is frivolous and should be denied."

This article fails to mention he was former president of the University of Idaho Muslim Students Association (MSA) ANOTHER muslim terror group operating freely in our country.
The terrorist MSA, which the terrorist CAIR backs, immediately came to his defense.
