I don't think we ought to go there. I just don't think that "sex addiction" (a moral failing, IMHO) is a motive for murder nor proves NO motive for murder. It does show a lack of character, but we know that most cheaters do not kill their wives. And a non-cheater certainly can kill his wife. I think the whole sex addiction thing should be left out of the motive. It's more about his selfishness than his "need for sex."

Speaking of his "need," have you all seen the latest offensive ad for Carls Jr? I hated those "Don't bother me; I'm eating" ads because they reminded me of what mothers tell their children about dogs. "Never bother them while they are eating." Like gangbanger's graffiti, which reminds me of animals urinating to mark their territories, it was just another sign that our human civilization is deteriorating. I also hated the "If it doesn't get all over the place it doesn't belong in your face" ads with the burger drippings splashing all over everything (the worst one of those shows the guy sweeping his fries through the drops on the floor -- why wasn't that mentioned in the White House Etiquette book?).

Well, they now have good old Hugh Hefner in his ratty "smoking jacket," talking about how he wants something different every night and doesn't have any favorites. Beautiful girls are all over. Of course, old Hugh is talking about the different kinds of BURGERS at Carl's. PUH-LEEZ.

I don't think a responsible physician would prescribe viagra to a "sex addict" if he/she knows the patient has this problem. SP could have made up a reasonable story as to why he needed drug. Also, he could have the drug illegally - it is pretty easy to get.

Read on another board from a poster who has Court TV, that Geragos is requesting the FBI surveillance tapes. Evidently surveillance of Snotty was set up across the street from his house!

Prosecution stating that defense has the tapes.

If you will recall the pictures of the house where those 3 windows were going across to the left of the converted garage area, there was an entrance doorway there and the kitchen was right there on the right side behind the garage area. So that would have been the closest place for him to put the mop.

After I (finally) found the right picture I realized this area is hidden from the street by a hedge and a wooden gate.

While surfing to find more pictures of the house I came across these. They only show that section of the converted garage, but clearly show the hedge between them and the neighbor on their left.

This series of pictures also shows the side area behind the carport with a sink and a cat feeding dish sitting on the outside counter. They also show a good picture of the pool just beyond the carport.

Huh? Didn't he leave the house at 9:30 a.m. on the 24th and go to the warehouse? Didn't he return home (without boat) about 4:30 p.m.? Could be on tape!

Back to the new mystery re the NE article we haven't seen.... Just thinking outloud here, were the police watching SP on the 24th? How did Amber know that SP left something somewhere for her on that day? Pretty sure I've read that there were no phone calls between them on the 24th. When did she pick up the package and were police watching that "somewhere"? Food for thought, maybe. Guess we're going to have to wait for more info on that one!

OKay, according to the article Scott reported missing jewelry to the police, and said Laci was wearing that morning diamond earrings, bracelet, and necklace.

While Amber was working with police, but had not come out publicly SP was still calling and was trying to see her. She kept putting him off with excuses. About 3 weeks after Laci was missing, he said he was in Fresno and had a gift for her. She made an excuse why she couldn't see him. The report claims he left the gift in a gift bag hidden in some bushes and told her where to find it.

It was jewelry and she called her polic handler and turned it over. The Enquirer does not know what the jewelry was (was it the bracelet, necklace and earrings he claimed she was wearing??). So, this could be one of the the bombshells to come, especially if the family can identify the jewelry and it fits the description of what SP said Laci was wearing.

Also Enquirer reported that defense team asked Amy in the prelim if it wasn't true that Laci had tried to sell some jewelry the grandma had left her. She said yes on the pieces that were old fashioned, but not the diamond pieces.
