I mean, in those days you knew the names recognized the faces and voices of those three groups. Here we go, from mem'ry: Eric Burdon, vocals, Hilton Valentine, ld gtr, Chas Chandler, bs gtr, Alan Price, kbrds, John Steel, drs. Dave Rowberry replaced Alan Price on keyboards in 1965(?)

(I'm not a jazz a fan, so the instrument abbreviations are probably wrong!)

Pretty good - only left out Barry Jenkins, a late replacement for John Steel. Jenkins stayed on with the New Animals. Chas died about 1996, Rowberry last May/June. Also producer Mickie Most died about the same time as Rowberry. Valentine lives in Connecticut now.
