Wow, a Judge who reads the law......

Wow, a Judge who reads the law......But, unfortunately in this case, isn't happy with it. "Although she rejected arguments made in the lawsuit, Superior Court Judge Linda Feinberg urged state lawmakers to take action that would give gay couples rights that other states have granted."
A half-liberal, albeit with some principles left.

This is too simple... Let domestic partnerships be recognized for emergency notification, benefits, and property inheritance and let the tenets of marriage be held in the esteem that they have always been...
It is the problem of trying to have the unions between same sexes recognized by the church that really causes all the trouble....
There are anti-discrimination laws, equal protection laws, contract law, and all manner of things that can be done to protect the interests of those who choose an alternative lifestyle... What one has to accept is that living an alternative lifestyle requires doing things in an alternative manner.... However, just in case that one in six number changes, we should be nicer to those with alternative lifestyles... But the line compassion ends at the church door...
Don't ask, don't tell, and if we add don't ask someone else, this problem could be put to rest and we could focus on more important issues... Like how we get nine million unemployed people working, give that lead enema to Osama and Saddam that they so desperately need, and find a way to really make our future better... I think we forget that whether we like it or not, we are still in this thing together...
The reason that gay marriage does not work is that it is an attempt to redefine a cultural tradition that people do not want changed... All that

It would appear Judge Feinberg isn't totally corrupted, but close.

Superior Court Judge Linda Feinberg urged state lawmakers to take action that would give gay couples rights that other states have granted." Considering the results of yesterday's election, I'd say its soon to be a "done deal". The good citizens of New Jersey better hold on to their wallets and stock up on ammo and buy some currently available firearms, because the "new" Jersey legislature is sure to want to curtail Constitutional rights a little further while "creating" Constitutional rights for queer marriage.

no a judge who wants to keep her job. She did what judges generally do. She passed the buck to the legislature.
