The section in question relates to cohabitation of unmarried people, and does not specify the involvement of the ward. Can you tell me what section it is, I cannot seem to find it myself. Thanks.

Okay, look in
XXXI.435.03, and note subsection (2)(o). On reading the section again, I guess it appears that the fact that Michael hasn't yet been convicted of the behavior may make it not yet relevant, but his open confessions of the behavior should lead one to question the legitimacy of his guardianship.

The petition to remove guardian is
here The statute number should be in there. If what is given is insufficient, you may be able to find the info online. It was posted several days ago on one of the terri threads. With the number, you might be able to find it with google.

"Can you tell me what section it is," It has been posted several times, but I don't recall right off where it is. If I run across it I will ping you. I believe it was Ethan who found it. FL_Engineer may remember.
Here's the link to the Florida statutes on guardianship. You can look through them yourself.

One statute referes to others and so forth.
The best I can tell, to be a guardian Michael S. cannot engage in lewd and lascivious behavior as defined below:
Guilt of an Offense Prohibited Under Fla. Stat. §§ 435.03 and 744.474 (12)
(12) Having been found guilty of, regardless of adjudication, or entered a plea of nolo contendere or guilty to, any offense prohibited under s. 435.03 or under any similar statute of another jurisdiction.
798.02 Lewd and lascivious behavior.--If any man and woman, not being married to each other, lewdly and lasciviously associate and cohabit together, or if any man or woman, married or unmarried, engages in open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior, they shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
