Great list. Great accomplishments. More than what I expected.
But to be fair and balanced, he also:
Greatly expanded the size, scope, and cost of government.
Signed the largest expansion of federal spending on education.
Signed legislation that effectively eliminates the ability to criticize the incumbent perfumed princes before elections.
After stating that the Second Amendment is an individual right, goes on to say that reasonable restrictions are approrpriate.
Nominated, but then let lanquish, several good judicial candidates.
Though this list is shorter, I believe that these acts outweigh much of the good that he did.
If he follows through on his promise to sign an extension of Clinton's AWB, regardless of the reason, he will not get my vote again.

Wow, so your little "list" outweighs mine?! Which means that in your opinion, if Bush had only agreed with the Kyoto Treaty, signed on to the International Criminal Court, and vetoed the ban on Partial Birth Abortions, all would be fine so long as he vetoed the extension of the Assault Weapons Bill.
You're on the wrong forum, buddy.
