I think that pretty much lets us know that this was NOT a plant by the Rats, but rather a major intelligence coup by our side.

I really think the spin on this is pretty weak. They can shout all they want, but the bottom line is that they were (and are) planning to use intelligence for political purposes. I also note that reference to the "yellow cake" story, and now am totally convinced that Ambassador Joseph Wilson was a Rat plant from the very beginning.
