His show is on in the East. He said it. It confirms a few things from yesterday, or rather, makes congresscritter hedging on Hannity's questions yesterday ("I have to consult with Rockefeller first") yesterday more clear.

Sen Hatch says that Rockefeller is a good guy but should be 'criticized' if it's found that he was the source of this memo. These beltway boys sure do know how to play the good-old-boy game... Even when our troops lives are put between them.

I would not call for a senate ethics investigation of this incident (since that would be more of the good-old-boy games). I would think that the justice department should be re-reading title 18 of the US Code to see if any laws were recently broken by one Sen Rockefeller......
