A private individual is allowed to post such a sign. Now, if the fed government required you to post that sign it would be unconstitutional. You do understand the difference between a private person and the government, don't you? In fact, a local government could pass legislation restricting solicitation in their locality, the fed gov't. can't!

To me the "No call list" is such a "private" sign. Since "communications" today does fall within the realm of the feds then there should be a means in which I, as a private person, can dictate to the feds on how to control their wild, unruly beast. Get that dog chained up!
