You do understand the difference between a private person and the government, don't you? To me the "No call list" is such a "private" sign. Since "communications" today does fall within the realm of the feds then there should be a means in which I, as a private person, can dictate to the feds on how to control their wild, unruly beast. Get that dog chained up!
