You do understand the difference between a private person and the government, don't you?
Me stump and log lump. Help me! (DUH)

A private individual is allowed to post such a sign.
To me the "No call list" is such a "private" sign. Since "communications" today does fall within the realm of the feds then there should be a means in which I, as a private person, can dictate to the feds on how to control their wild, unruly beast. Get that dog chained up!

The government involvement is what I have the issue with. You could very well get caller ID and not answer calls that you don't recognize. You could have also paid for the "filtering" service that is offered by most phone companies.

Instead, your "sign" has now been funded by the fed government. You should be paying for your own service, just like you had to pay for your "no soliciters" sign.
