Thanks for pinging me, JP - I am very interested in all these related threads, but don't post anything since I have nothing of interest to add!
But I do have a question - why do these Arabic speaking dudes write in English? That doesn't make sense unless the message board doesn't have Arabic script, but it seems at least one of the messages is in Arabic. If they could write in Arabic but are writing instead in English, wouldn't that indicate they are writing for an audience that reads English, not just trying to communicate with fellow Arabs?
