Not just from using cocaine. It would tend to make you more alert and therefore your memory of your experience would remain in tact. However when people use cocaine they often drink heavily. Drinking heavily causes black outs. Cocaine would not necessarily prevent a black out if enough alcohol were consumed.

That I do not know. I have heard of people having black-outs from to much alcohol though.
