I was listening to radio news about the trial and they said that Modesto police officer Jon Evers said there was two mops in a bucket, and
he never smelled any bleach.I thought on another thread you all were talking about the smell of bleach in the house.
Am I confused again like most of the time I am?

I have heard that many times in the past too? I am puzzled also.

Claudia Cowen just said that the detective on the stand today said
he did not smell bleach in the home, but other investigators did...that's where we got that from.
Remember the discussions by Wecht that people have a difference sense of smell..some may smell bleach as a strong odor, others may not be bothered at all...

I was sure that the bleach smell was 2 days later when they came with a warrant NOT the first night!!
