Snowmobiles have a single tread over which you sit on top of on a padded seat and two skis in the front underneath a cowling for the engine. I have seen them run on grass but the basic design is meant for snow not dryland running. Not sure what the road surface this now former snowmobile pilot was on when he saw his demise. It was obviously easy enough to get up to a speed he couldn't stop from safely.

How fast can they file a lawsuit against the snowmobile company??Not nearly as fast as the judge who hears the case will throw out the lawsuit.
