Unfortunately Showtine has picked it up. Yes. but the differenec between CBS vs Showtime viewership is MASSIVE. This is a great victory for conservative activism. Now, let's do the right thing and piss on the shoes of Showtime execs and sponsors. HooooRah!

Moonves is a scumbag who is having an affair with Julie Chen. I could care less who Moonbeam is f*ing. But he should definitely be held accountable for his abuse of his feduciary responsibility to the public vis a vis his media business.

That is a sad story. But look at how the radicals have taken over the democrat party. They are hell bent and insatiable. Which is why we have to stomp them into oblivion.

I think as long as you cancel and tell them the reason why -- preferably do it in a letter, because the dumb people answering the phones probably wouldn't write it down, eventually someone would start to pay attention.
I can't cancel it, because I don't subscribe to it in the first place.
I think letter to the Viacom CEO telling him that we will boycott all businesses owned by Viacom would be effective.
They didn't have an e-mail address for him on the website though, but they must have a physical location, where one can send regular mail.

And look at all the businesses they own.

target the sponsors, they pay the bills.
They don't fear public opinion, they fear the almighty loss of revenue.
Target the sponsers, AS WELL as the companies they own. But emails should go to sponsors first.
Mention family, friends, organizations you're a member of...an average person can reasonably count 150 people they know, and can enlist to start declining products and services from sponsors...

I was shocked when they showed 'DC 9-11', which was a favorable view of the President on 9-11. The actors sucked, but the movie was pretty straight on in facts. Sometimes I wonder why I keep paying for Showtime.

I worked for Showtime 20 years ago. They weren't like this. Cable was young and the shows were just much more entertaining. When cable was in its infancy, they actually did some decent programs but then little by little the sex and violence took over and became "reality TV".

notable he didn't give directly to HRC or WJC, curiously, given the political bend of his other donations.

Hard-core Republican haters exist in the unions. I know, because before I retired on Oct. 31st, I heard nothing but DemocRAT politics from my union buds.
But even they wouldn't be watching this minseries, cause they HATE Reagan. They're still carrying the torch for Gore in Florida. They still remember Iran-Contra.

I'd be surprised is Showtime takes this. They make occasional quality films that end up in video stores. Why would they want this crappy miniseries?
