The latest marketing technique is "stelth word of mouth" marketing. You send paid employee to areas with people to talk up a product. So you would send a person to a bar to talk up a new cigarette line. You pay people to go onto chat rooms and talk up a movie.

William Donahue should have said the laundries were abhorrent and in essene the content of the film is true BUT from the sound of this film, I find it hard to believe that there was not one catholic that didn't feel for these girls. I have that same feeling whenever I hear people review movies about the holocaust.

Either way, the article was good and glad they got outed on the way they market movies. Personally I tend to stay away from films like this. I don't need to be depressed.
