If something happens within this time frame, I will be as surprised as I was when the Columbia went down. (I wasn't surprised.) I've had my eye on the 2004 SOTU and the Columbia anniversary, since last January, for reasons completely unrelated (and unknown at the time) to any specific threats or the eids on the muslim calendar.

A lot of things (signs, symbols, visions, news events, etc.) seem to be converging at this point in time (late Jan/Feb 2004). Just my observations over the past year. Whether or not they portend something horrifying remains to be seen.

Maybe it's nothing.

I have nothing against the government grounding flights. My opinion has nothing to di with the government. It has to do with the misinformation permeating the Web in relation to the salient information the government gleans well beneath the surface of your Internet connection.

None of these plots that the government foiled over the holidays had anything to do with the bluster on the Internet. I pored through these sites and saw no mention of Air France, British Airways, AeroMexico, etc. NOWHERE.

If you read my post, you would see that I do expect a conventional attack with aircraft once again, because the government is clearly tapped into intelligence that WE DON'T SEE.

So if you want to continue chasing shadows on the Internet while the real threats unravel behind the curtains, be my guest. I'm not lambasting anyone for being curious or intrigues or wanting to help foil an attack. It is equally problematic to be misled as it is to be completely unaware altogether.

I suspect that in this context it means when the group is assembled. I also don't think any Jihadi would discuss hardware specifics on an open internet forum.

Why use a name that is pretty much (as far as I can see) a belly dancer along with a reference to batteries. Belly of the eagle & batteries, anyone?? I'm not a bomb expert but batteries lead me in that direction. It's possible this guy is in Juarez where the IP says he is and the actual entrance or operation center is elsewhere. They are not that stupid to announce where they are, I don't think.

They may be yanking our chain, but I'm not ready to write it off without proof.

After reading your 'Cave of Darkness' scenario, I wonder 'IF' Osama is enroute to or actually in America to 'martyre' himself and then release a subsequent video, that would seem to possbile be an attempt to incite ALL Muslims to fight giving them a kind of Holy Figure to fight for. Just a thought.

If he is able to come to America and lead an attack, certainly the implications would be enormous in empowering our enemies.
