The US is investigating weapons procurement networks and agents of influence who took money from Saddam Hussein's regime after the CIA reportedly seized an extensive cache of files from the former Iraqi Intelligence Service.
The files contain "almost as much as the Stasi files", said one American official, referring to the vast archives of the former East German intelligence service seized after the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989...
The recipients of the Iraqi funds were described by US officials not as formal intelligence agents, but as prominent personalities and political figures who accepted money from Iraq as they defended Saddam Hussein publicly or pressed his causes...

Think the administration has the guts to fight ?Dubya has worked in subtle but effective ways. He has shown that he has the ability to use the left's own media against them time and again. I think there will be at least some effective use of information.
I suspect that there is information available that will expose several of the hard-core left and will show them in a most revealing light.

We are getting very close to the WMD's.. It sounds like it. They're getting more deadly and it looks like desperation.
Many in the UN (and here in the U.S.) fought like hell to keep us from going into Iarq - to the point where they seemed to be going insane. The more they freaked out, the more they told us there was something in Iraq we SHOULD know about.
We'll have to watch what they do now. (Never mind what they say. That's unimportant. They'll spin.)

It's just a matter of time before they are uncovered. When it happens, I wonder what the nay sayers will say then?

[Sen. Bob Graham(D) is retiring. Not running for Senate again. (fox)]Sounds like an opportunity to pick up a seat. I wonder if he is one of those that could be implicated, or if he simply has lost the stomach to carry on with the democrats in their present form. Perhaps he read Zell's book and has regained his conscience. :)

Just read this interesting tidbit:
"Thanks at least in part to far-left anti-American crusader Ramsey Clark, who the AP reported put in a good word to the Iraqi regime on behalf of CBS News and Dan Rather, the network landed a three hour-long interview with Saddam Hussein."

When it happens, I wonder what the nay sayers will say then? Something like how they are changing their minds now about Iraq and saying that leaving would be a bad idea?

As prone to leaks as Washington is, you may be wrong. So far, all leaks help Democrats. They're probably left overs from the Clinton administration. They wouldn't leak against their own minions.

While standing on the Grassy Knoll that is Pershing Park, after the recent successful FReep of ANSWER, an Iraqi gentleman who earlier addressed the DC Chapter Rally pointed to the street where the ANSWER types were on parade and told us that Saddam's money paid for the spectacle. I was just talking about that demonstration this morning. What a good time! :-D

We are getting very close to the WMD's.. I wouldn't necessarily say that. From what Dr. Kay said, this has been happening for a while now.
