Supreme Court bides its time in terrorism challenges

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court has stayed out of judging the Bush administration's terrorism-fighting strategy, but that soon could change.

Lower courts have kept busy with challenges to the imprisonment of "enemy combatants" in the United States, government spying, secrecy about immigrants arrested after the Sept. 11 attacks, and the detention of terrorism suspects in Cuba.

Critics argue that without court oversight, they could be held forever.

I say drain them of all their information, then feed them to the sharks. That way we won't be holding them forever.

These are not US citizens and are not entitled to the protections of our laws. They scoff at our system of justice, so they shouldn't be allow to use it for their own advantage.
