In Iraq, there were the ones getting oppressed, and the ones getting paid to oppress. The people in the later group are not getting their paychecks. This makes them unhappy, and it's all our fault.

We need to insert a new police force in the Sadaam-supporter strongholds -- composed entirely of Kurds who had family members gassed. The place will get cleaned up
