I'm with you. All throughout the 2nd half, the brain dead announcer kept lamenting that Miami was going to have to drop in the rankings, but "they shouldn't be lower than Florida State (who beat Notre Dame 37-0 today), because Miami beat them already". The idiot failed to remember that by that logic, Virginia Tech (with only 1 loss) should be ranked higher than Miami then.
My predicted rankings:
1. Oklahoma (9-0)
2. Southern Cal (because apparently, they hate to be called Southern Cal now) (8-1)
3. Miami (7-1)
4. Florida State (who I think should be #3) (8-1)
5. LSU (8-1)
6. Ohio State (where I think Miami should be) (8-1)
7. Virginia Tech (7-1)
8. Georgia (7-2)
9. Michigan (8-2)
10. Washington State (7-2)
53rd or something. TCU (8-0) (just kidding, I think they were ranked 15 or something this week).

If Miami remains in the top five after this poleaxing (Thank You, Tony Bruno) then the polls truly are meaningless.
