You know, one of these days, one of these incidents might not end as well. Wasn't it just a few weeks ago that another car got through the President's security? There are many nuts out there that would like this President dead and I hope security gets on the ball a little more. Actually, a lot more.

Sheesh, on my way to work Wednesday morning it was announced on a Dallas radio station that everyone should take a different route home that evening other than Interstate 35 due to the President"s motorcade would be using that highway enroute to Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship Church.
President Bush, right, waves after he was introduced by pastor Anthony Evans at the Fellowship Christian Education Center in the Oak Cliff section of Dallas, Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2003. (AP Photo/LM Otero)

Drudge knows no other way, than to over-react, sensationalize and fictionalize headlines. Better to wait for the whole story than rely on his screaming headlines.

A witness, Linda Neeley, 40, a teacher from Horn Lake, Miss., said the woman was white, 35-40 years old, with blonde hair. She said the children, all boys, were about 10 years old.

She is in a lot better shape than the two Bubba Cops by her.
No Bubba is not a run down. Our 2.5 year old grandson was named Bubba by his peditrician in his one year exam. We call him BBB, short for Bubba Bam Bam!

I'm with "WAIT4TRUTH", in that I have never seen the level of raw hatred directed against a sittiing President as we seem to have today on the part of the Loser Left against Bush. Even Nixon hatred was relatively mild next to this, and Clinton was despised by many (including me), but not hated to the point that I worried for his life.
We HAVE had President's assassinated in this country, we HAVE had horrific bombings, and the Secret Service needs to get very serious about the threat to President Bush from deranged Lefty whack-jobs out there.
That could mean that he cuts back on his public appearance schedule some- I'd raher see that happen than wake up to hear that the place he was speaking had been blown up.

I would NEVER, EVER, EVER want Bush to be harmed... HERE'S WHAT A DUer THINKS ABOUT THIS INCIDENT:
I would never want Bush harmed in any way by an intended assasin... Even those who believe this belief to be "Pollyanna-inspired," should subscribe to the more pragmatic viewpoint-- that to have such an event occur would only garner Bush sympathy, or worse, give the Repugs the martyr they have so long (seemingly) craved.

Glad you agree with me, Ranger. Many people joke about things like this but it wouldn't take much to make this a horrific scene. People need to keep that in mind. Next time it might not be a silly woman with kids in the car.

"Bush's Texas twang got thicker as he addressed the Mississippi crowd." Did any news story EVER mention something such as this during the Hilljackabilly's two terms? That sentence really grabbed my attention too. And never did I hear any remarks on bj's Arkansas twang back then.
Just another little subtle dig by the media. Bias? What bias?
To: Wait4Truth
Didn't something like this just happen to 43 recently, in NH I think? Some idiot got close to AF1 while it was taxying (sp) for take off? Sheesh. What's with the USSS?
