I notice this headline appears quite frequently - is this a trend here or something. It doesn't seem to pay to be the world's oldest person.

Amazing! In the photo accompanying the original story on MSNBC, she doesn't look a day over 105!

Everytime somebody gets to be the oldest person, they end up dying. Damn! All that living for such a brief, shining moment of glory at the very tip-top of the food chain.
I'm curious about the 2-days of sleeping and 2-days of staying awake. I wonder if that tricked the body into living longer. Maybe our aging process is triggered by the number of times we sleep. Something to look into.
