Well, I've also been told that Baden loves the limelight. It is an outrageous thing for him to say unless there's documentation to back him up, no matter how OJ he is.

You know who could really have interesting things to say? Dr. Igel, the doc who had the judgement against him. From what I can read and figure out, he and his defense team went for a trial. He could probably have copped a settlement.

The PI lawyer was a guy named Woodworth, who sold the jury on the idea that there'd need to be a lot of money to pay for Terri's rehab. Wonder what his contingency fee worked out to be?

Don't know how much documented info Baden had, do know he was faxed information after his appearance on Thurs eve with Greta where he cast a dubious prognosis for Terri and seemed to back Shiavo and his attn along with the other panel members.

Greta had him on the next night, Friday, and it was evident that Dr Baden had changed his mind about terri's situation, syaing he had received and reviewed medical scans relating to terri (and I am sure the additional opinions reflecting those scans) and pondering outloud if an investigation into foul play had occurred.
