Then the question would be, who reviewed them on the family's side? Did these professionals note their findings in court? And did the court consider their opinion, ruling in favor of Felos's doctors? I understand the affidavits of three nurses who tended to Terri and spoke to Michael's abusive behavior, both to terri and to staffers in both the nursing home and hospice, were discarded. How can this be? Is it possible to find out why their damning testimony was shuffled aside?

Maybe he didn't have them sealed away from the defendants, but possibly the Schindlers were not aware of their existence. Couldn't the Schindlers have testified on Michael's behalf but still have no idea what was in those records? It doesn't necessarily mean that they were aware or were lying. Sometimes people only tell you as much as they want you to know, and I would bet my life on it that Michael is one such person.
