So Prudential was her employer, so it is reasonable to assume they were also the insurance carrier.

Does this mean that two doctors (one settled) and the insurance provider were sued?

If an insurance company held both medical and life insurance policies on one person...could they cancel the life ins. after being sued for liabilty on the medical? Just wondering if this is why Michael claims there is no life ins?

Perhaps he doesn't know how 'snoopy' a freeper can be.

Some have said that he may have a double-indemnity "accidental" policy on Terri and may try to collect on grounds that an "accident" caused her to collapse, and the dehydration and starvation is the "natural" result of that accident.

This is one sick individual, and one sick society that "endorses" him, according to the Fox News Poll.
