Some have said that he may have a double-indemnity "accidental" policy on Terri and may try to collect on grounds that an "accident" caused her to collapse, and the dehydration and starvation is the "natural" result of that accident.

This is one sick individual, and one sick society that "endorses" him, according to the Fox News Poll.

It seems to me that once he filed a malpractrice suit claiming 'medical' reasons and the jury determined 70 percent was her fault..he cannot claim an accident! Besides..I thought double-indemity was life insurance and Michael said she had none....
