During the trial, attorneys for the Schiavos showed a film of a day in Mrs. Schiavo's life at Sabal Palms Nursing Home in Largo. Although she's in a vegetative state, said St. Petersburg lawyer Glenn Woodworth, "you can tell she has some sense of her predicament."
"It's a tragic case," Woodworth said. "She was on the threshold of her life. They were ready to start a family . . . (On the film) she knows her husband and looks into his eyes."

Doesn't this statement by Schlimo's lawyer directly contradict everything Schlimo and his new lawyer are saying today?

Yes, it does. We have an attorney who represented Michael at his big time $$$ stating contradictory statements. We have, in that same report, the writer saying Terri fell in the BATHROOM of their house (would you not love to see the court transcript? I would!) and on LKL we have Michael saying she fell in the hall and he went down (bending down or down some stairs? who knows) to get her. We have a heresay story the came from someone at a vigil that the ER personnel called the POLICE, suspecting foul play upon examining Terri (bet all indications were NO HEART ATTACK) and that when Mr Schindler was asked if he suspected foul play, that he said NO. (And he very may might have....he probably did not think Michael capable of it at the time)

Then we have the sealing of the medical records... the sealing of the medical records is very suspect to me.....why keep the family away from the MEDICAL RECORDS if everything is on the level?

Wish we could motivate the ER personnel and Carla Iyers to come forward right about now!
