I think I recall Baden even stating that Terri could be a candidate for rehab as she wasn't pvs. A 180 from the night before wherein he stated that she couldn't hear. Terri's family talks to her every day. Her brother told her daily during her starvation-dehydration period they were going to get her out of there. That's reported in the media somewhere. Terri's a strong girl.

Personally, I'm against starvation-dehydration as an option for end of life protocol. It is not painless as alleged. Too many Americans are being starved-dehydrated to death and this all started when our attentions were elsewhere.

And if we're not careful, euthanasia will go on, with only modifications for our sensibilities. Starvation isn't painless; drugs can make it so; soon, then, they'll cut out the starvation and just dispatch the inconvenient and useless by means of lethal drugs.
Some German soldiers had sensibilities about bullets and bayonets and massacres, and eventually Zyklon B in faraway camps settled their misgivings.

Well, I am broadcasting my wishes HERE and NOW, very publicly! If I am ever in such a situation, I do NOT want to be starved and dehydrated to death! It is NOT the same thing as being maintained artificially.

I am simply horrified by what our "system" is trying to do to this innocent woman....and all of it based on nothing but conveniently "remembered" hearsay testimony of a person with questionable motives (to say the least) and rapidly declining credibility and his family members that he got to vouch for him. I am thinking it is the judicial system we need to be pulling the "feeding tube" from, not Terri.
