Thank you. The link indicates a FR page but perhaps that is because it was originally a 'redirect.' I found an edited copy of the GAL report
here in post #1 by FL_engineer. I have seen this before. Many days ago in fact. At
post #31 FL_engineer is taken to task for posting it by saveterri1 who claims to have some investigative copyright on it. It is not the full report.
Since first seeing it I have reposted it myself on a couple of threads.

sl, I looked at the source code on that link to Pearse, and there isn't a url in the < a href > part, that's why the link doesn't work...

" I looked at the source code on that link to Pearse, and there isn't a url in the < a href > part, that's why the link doesn't work..." Arghhhh!!! You're right. It was my mistake. I thought I had checked all the links too. Anyway, this is the link to that post. Sorry about that.

Well, now wait a minute. I have that link bookmarked, and I can get to it through my bookmark, but not the link. Let me look at it again and see what I did wrong. I'll get back to you.

That is weird. Perhaps there is some mischief afoot. Or they've exceeded their bandwidth.

I just remembered this....
Prudential "converted" itself a few years back.I don't understand why, but I got a small check in the mail, when they did that. (small life insurancepolicy, held for only a few years).
Maybe someone with a large insurance policy or one held for a long time (Terri) would have gotten a large check. This article does not really explain what I mean, I've just put it here as a reference.
Business Week:CAN YOU BELIEVE IN THESE CONVERSIONS?
Do you have a life insurance policy or annuity issued by Prudential Life Insurance Co.? The huge mutual insurer recently announced plans to go public, and policyholders--who own the company--can only hope that they will be as fortunate as those at Allmerica Financial. They were awarded stock when the Worcester (Mass.)-based insurer shed its mutual status and did an initial public offering in October, 1995. Since then, Allmerica shares have tripled, netting investors an average annualized return of 57.4%.

All the info we have on Jodi Centonze (who misspells words on documents, or someone does, probably to deflect exactly this kind of research, is that a possible explanation?)-unless we have the wrong person....any way to check? The address for Jodi Centonzi listed on the Jerger & Sons docs, is the same as the Jodi Centonze on the real estate records that someone posted earlier.

Existing Connection between Wolfson the newly appointed Guardian Ad Litum and the Judge???
Thanks for looking at that Demmer bio that Budge posted. I tried to read it but I just couldn't make out the words as it is posted as an image. (Budge I'm not complaining, if it were not for you we would not even have this much)
Hmmmm I knew thtere had to be a conncetion between the judge and Wolfson. I hope Terri's lawyer investigates this-
The Judge graduated form Stenson Law School, if I can read the date correct 1972 and is an Adjunt Professor at Stenson Law School. The Judge and I can't read the dates but I think it is when he is just out of law school, was a Legislative Intern on behalf of Florida State University, I can't read the image very well so I am not positive that "Florida Sate University" is correct. I bet there is more on there that I cna't read that probably makes a strong connection between these two.
The Wolfson, Guardian Ad Litum received a law degree from Stetson Univesity in 1993 and is a full Professor at University of South Florida. I wish I could read his publications but I can't get into his links. It appears that Jay's strengths are in the Finanicing of Healthcare, the $$$$. With this suggestive title
Wolfson J
The Dangerous Financial Politics of AIDS Protease Inhibitor "Cocktails"
Journal of Health Care Finance
Fall 1997
I wonder what this article says? It mixes $$ with Healthcare. Usually the "Public Health" professionls which Jay defninitivly is, are always looking for the most bang for the buck and I wouldn't be surprised if this article said that it cost to much for drugs for Aids Patients, from a "policy" perspective we are better off to let them die.
Here is the link see if you, meaning ALL on this message Borad, can do any better.
