Hang on here. The forest service does not like the rules that have been handed to them. They have no choice but to obey them though. Look to elected officials, not the guys with the rusty chain saws.

Isn't that sweet? The eco-nuts are exempt from the destruction caused by their actions. Yet gun makers are liable for crimes commited by people who stole guns from people who bought them legally.

Ok, I guess those who lost property in the fires now have to sue the match companies. Makes as much sense as most other class action suits do.

Bullcrap. There are those who don't, but there are many in federal agencies who are just as brainwashed as the RICOnuts are. Consider the AFSEEE. Don't you remember who was shutting down the Jarbridge road?

An update on the California firestorm statistics I heard on the local tv news; 10-30-03, 6:00 PM:

20 confirmed dead, 2600 homes burned, 728,000 acres burned, 100,000 people evacuated/displaced.
