Ingraham rips left's elites

Conservative talk-radio host Laura Ingraham says the nation's elites are opposed to traditional Middle-American values such as patriotism and religious faith.

Miss Ingraham's new book, "Shut Up and Sing: How Elites from Hollywood, Politics, and the U.N. are Subverting America," published by Regnery, is a stinging rebuke of liberal elitists both at home and abroad.

  Miss Ingraham, 38, said her book is intended to be a "love letter to the average American."     

"They're tired of the Sean Penns and the Kofi Annans lecturing them and trashing their country," Miss Ingraham said.

To be fair, we're also tired of President Bush's appeasement of,
and surrender to Illegal Aliens.

Laura talks about that a lot.

Shut Up And Sing is well written. Don't be fooled by the rather comical title, this book is a very serious account of how the mostly left elite crowd are subverting the constitution and trying to make this a purely socialist nation.

You should read Tammy Bruce's book The New Thought Police: Inside the Left's Assault on Free Speech and Free Minds. That's a scary book.

One of my favorite "ladies in the right". She's had great success now on TV, radio and in books. I wish she'd run for office.
