James Nichols, the brother of Terry Nichols, who was convicted on charges of acting as Timothy McVeigh's assistant in the Oklahoma City bombing, has filed a libel suit against Oscar-winning documentary maker Michael Moore. In the suit, Nichols claims that Moore misled him about the purposes of the his film, Bowling for Columbine, which, he said, "maliciously portrays him as the poster child for what is wrong with America today and falsely accuses him of being one of the perpetrators in the second-worst act of terrorism in the history of the United States." Nichols is seeking damages of from $10-20 million on each count.

Moore will make a clear 100 mil in free publicity and sales of his shit 'n shineola show from his presstitutes in the noooooze if such a suit occurs IMHO. Hell he'll gladly give up 20 million for such a seditious sensational sheeple shearin. I wish both of those friggin idiots were hit by a bus yesterday.
