MarMema, where do you live? Is he still living with his parents in Lakewood? (I live in UP, but grew up in Lakewood where my parents still live.)

We have a little one in Henrietta, Oklahoma who was raped in the room next to where her parents were "sleeping." She was 9 months old. Broke her pelvis, her wrists, her ankles, and permanently ruined her reproductive organs, did some serious damage to her intestinal tract. The next morning her grandmother noticed the injuries and took her to the ER.
Nobody has been charged with any crime. Apparently nobody is even investigating it anymore. Last I heard the courts were going to give the parents custody again because there was "no evidence they did anything wrong." She's been bounced from foster home to foster home for a couple of years now. I guess her parents have her back by now.
This happened to her in the room NEXT TO WHERE HER PARENTS CLAIMED THEY WERE SLEEPING. You buy that?

And the point?
To: cinFLA
Dealing dope is a crime. Live with it. 1. Many are not there for dealing.
2. I have no problem with it being a crime, I was dicussing the concept of proportionality. Did you wish to comment on that, or just post irrelevant state prision statistics.

A man accused of raping his infant daughter has pleaded guilty in a deal that could spare him years in prison. What's the deal, an IV drip of cyanide? That would spare him years in prison.
