Six months in jail for raping a 2 month old infant?? That is unbelievable!! Hopefully he'll have an "accident" while in prison.

Are you kidding? That will be the best protected inmate ever. He wioll do time in an isolation unit, with no other prisoner allowed out of their cells when he is exercising or while he is eating. he will be care for and looked after by the guards who want to make a good impression on his daddy.

No, unfortunately he will learn nothing from this other than he is untouchable.

You have a real sickness that causes you to think marijuana is a bigger concern that a child rapist.

According to you, the rapist that is sent to prison for life and is also charged with marijuana possession is amoung the many prosecuted by the WOD's.

Alternative sentencing in such cases is common, Donohoe said.

That's the sad truth in WA state, this is not just a special case on account of who daddy is. Child molesters here get NOTHING near what some other states dish out. This is such an embarrassingly weenie state when it comes to dealing with lawbreakers. We've only executed three criminals since capital punishment re-emerged in 1977, and two of those were "volunteers", in effect, they gave up their appeals rights, much to the consternation of the liberal activists.

Right now, the infamous Green River killer has cut a deal to get life without parole, even though his body count is around fifty women. Mary Kay Letourneau got parole for having one of her student's babies, and was only sent to prison when she reoffended with the same student, and got pregnant by him again. Then, Norm Maleng, a RINO if there ever was one, only had her serve the balance of her original sentence, no new punishment for the new crime.

A lot of people think that CA is super lenient, well, the dirty little secret is that WA state has them beat by a mile.

The really crazy part is, no Republican has the stones to make a real law and order stand. John Carlson, who campaigned for three strikes and you're out, and two strikes on sex offenses, was defeated handily by the uber-wimp, Gary Locke. I guess the people of this state feel they deserve to have their lives, property, and children disrespected by criminals and politicians alike.

Two registered sex offenders have gone missing in a tony suburb east of Seattle. Logic tells me they've just gone underground, but my fantasy is that they are dead, a result of vigilante action from citizens who cannot take it anymore.

This is a thread about a [baby] rapist.

I was going to bump this anyway saying essentially the same thing...don't hijack the thread.

Was it is WA a few years back where they had all those day-care convictions tossed out? The case where they took the kids around in cars to identify possible suspects. Kids even identified the mayor as a molestor!

Sadly, I have to agree with you. I just can't imagine the family of the baby allowing this man to live though. If the judge goes along with this (and I bet he will) he is just as guilty as the rapist the next time he hurts a child IMHO. And there will be a next time.

Another bizarro moment - guy rapes a 2 month girl and only gets 6months sentence- If I was king this guy would be tortured before he was killed slowly. What the hell is wrong with this country - people who kill babies are seen as the victims? Am I missing something here or have I been suddenly flung into a parallel universe where all ethics, morals and laws are the opposite of what is good.

A baby raper and the warden's son - that might be the hardest jail time ever.

Good!

Please sign this online petition demanding that the son to the Secretary of Wa. State Department of Corrections receives a tougher sentence than the 6 months he will get for raping his 2 month old daughter.
