[history]
Twelve people were injured last night, five of them seriously, when the van they were riding in rolled over on an Interstate 10 offramp east of Tucson.
Sgt. Don Quaintance of the state Department of Public Safety said the van rolled as it exited I-10 onto Marsh Station Road about 8:20 p.m.

Thanks for the info. It is funny how Mexican voter id cards require more info, including a picture, vs the ones we use in the US. My voter id card is a flimsy little card with no identification marks like a picture. How is it that we dont change the voter id cards to match the ones they use in Mexico. Man I cant believe I just said that!! We are going to take the lead from Mexico on voter id cards? We are in need of some serious reform.

The hospitals dont write it off as much as they pass it on to you and me - the suckers that have to pay their debt. For all the lilly white liberals who live somewhere else and think that this is not a problem - come to arizona and visit an emergency room, day and night, you will see who makes up the roughly 80% of people who go there. And you'll also see why you have to wait upwards of 4-6 hours just to be seen.

You're absolutely right about ERs, but each area has its own quirks...
The military closed down all hospital activities at Ft. Huachuca, leaving only a clinic for all active duty, retirees, and family members. This put an increased stress on the Sierra Vista Regional Health Center and doctors' offices in town. The doctors frequently send their patients across the street to the ER, using it as a clinic.
With our large population of retirees - (military and otherwise) - we end up with patients with minor aches and pains sitting in the waiting room while heart attack/respiratory failure patients are seen.
The bulk of the illegals that come through here (hundreds of thousands annually) keep going to Tucson and Phoenix.

Just from the headline with the words "rollover" and "van", I knew it was Mexicans and Central Americans. All illegal of course.
The drivers always run like jackrabbits so their bosses don't get exposed and punished.

Tucson, Phoenix and beyond. Without sounding too alarmist the whole country is being overrun. It is totally out of control- while the politicians just sit back and allow Rome to burn. I can understand why the Dems do it but McCain, Kolbe and Bush - I just dont get it - have they forgotten the American family the ones that are getting screwed by this?

I wish I knew an answer to that question...
McCain, Kolbe...and now even Kyl, who supported voting the DREAM act out of the Senate Juciciary Committee to be heard by the full Senate.

The driver of the vehicle apparently fled, said Quaintance, adding that the passengers, all from Mexico, were identified through voter registration cards.
Screaming in anger! These are the news stories the media needs to be covering! Cable news! The damn libs and sellouts will say, see the voter's cards work!

The damn libs and sellouts will say, see the voter's cards work! ...when the truth is, the Mexican Voters' ID is only proof of identity of a Mexican citizen and has no bearing on their legal right to be laying all sprawled out among the cactus and catsclaw along I-10.
I'm just as frustrated as you, JP, we've gotta do something to stop this insanity.

This is unbelievable - these illegal aliens already had voter id cards - who says they need driver licenses to vote. We need to start enacting laws to stop illegals from recieving benefits and punish companies that hire them. The illegals are only doing what they can get away with, I dont blame them, but the politicians that allow this to happen. This is worthy of an email surge to the Voters registration department and the Governor's office.

You don't get it, neither did I, until I watched Lou Dobbs on CNN. He is doing a series called, " The great American Give away"
It is all about power. The illegals are counted in the Census Bureaus' report, the census bureaus' figures are used in creating new districts. The catch, the illegals are counted in also. The more people, the more districts,
the more reprsentatives etc.
Washington State was redistricted before the 2000, election, we were put in a screwed up redrawn district, which takes in part of Snohomish county, totally controlled by the Democrats. Our district use to be Whatcom and Skagit counties, and we got to vote on Representatives that we picked, not what is being shoved down our throats now.
If you want information on what illegal immigration is doing to your state go to www.fairus.com click on research, click on illegal immigrtion in your back yard, find your state, and see
Wondering why California is running out of water to fight these fires, check it out.
Very few states are immune to the side effects of immigration, upper east coast, Idaho for a couple of states, that have not been to hard hit yet.
It is not only the ones coming across the southern border, we have had a large number that have snuck in across our northern border, lots of Russians, middle eastern, chinese, koreans, you name it.
When your school district has to hire a Russian and Spanish interpatator, you know it is a sign that many are here.
The state buget is in the red, our schools are not getting the funds, and our governor Locke, signed a bill that allows the illegals to acquire drivers license. I read that info on FR, so do not know when he did it.

"Those voter IDs are useless in the US"From the WI Department of Transportation website: Acceptable documents for proof of name and date of birth
" When applying for your original (first) driver license or identification card you will need to provide proof of your name and date of birth. The following are acceptable documents to show proof of name and date of birth:"
"Mexican voter registration card bearing an identifiable photograph and signature of the person" is the last one on the list.
I haven't seen Wisconsin listed as a state that will issue licenses to illegals. This raises some questions.

No, but I haven't been back to the announcement thread...and I haven't asked.
If it were me, I wouldn't be back on FR until I were had news, and then I'd let everyone know. I don't know if Gubamyster is that way, but...
As soon as I hear anything, I'll ping the list and let folks know!
