*Since there is no written will from Terri herself, this may not have been anything more than an offhand remark. Until otherwise proven, Choose life. The alternitive is irreversible. *

It wasn't until Michael retained the services of attorney Felos that he "remembered" Terri's comments. Note too that he has given instructions that Terri is to be cremated immediately upon her death. Payment for the cremation has been taken from the funds allocated for her rehabilitation. What a guy!

You are absolutely right! When in doubt, choose life.

I'd say the pre-paid cremation order adds more suspicion to a long list of suspicions.

If hearsay is the rule used by Judge Greer to make rulings, then hear this.

Michael is claiming that Terri made her comment about 'wanting her plug pulled if she ever was like that' in reference to the movie they were watching about Karen Ann Quinlan.

Michael brought his relatives (brother,sister-in-law?) to Judge Greer to testify they heard her make this statement. Problem? I don't remember mention of them being there.

A high-school friend of Terri's was there, and stated that someone at the gathering made a joke about how they should unplug Karen, and Terri was very upset and reprimanded that person.

SO, again, someone with nothing to gain claims a different story than relatives of Michael, who might have been promised some undeclared cash from the insurance policy Michael claims not to have, in return for lying.

I believe Michael's girlfriend works at an insurance company. How convenient.

What she doesn't know is that once Michael gets that money, if this would turn out to be true, is that he will no longer need her or her needy children. Wonder what she thinks?
