Groan* I know that Geragos has likely settled on his defense strategy of attacking EVERYTHING that Law Enforcement did. However, THIS IS NOT THE OJ case and Judge Girolami, Thank God, is NO Lance ITO!! One thing that always gets under my skin in regard to DNA evidence testimoney, is that Defense Lawyers attack not only it's authenticity, but they ALWAYS challenge and accuse the police of having mis-handled and contaminated the sample. What the HELL do they think that a little contamination if any, ( and I believe there was NONE),would do to the results? Make it someone ELSE's DNA? It's so blinking dumb.
