I discussed the case with my Liberal Democrat family in Oklahoma. They all think he is guilty. My conservative friends here in Texas all think he is guilty. HOPEFULLY he will be convicted. ???????

From Article:
"Telephone records show that Frey and Peterson exchanged at least 76 calls over nine weeks starting nine days before Laci Peterson's family reported her missing Christmas Eve."I would have thought since Scott and Frey met November 20-22 or there abouts the calls would have started before that.
I wonder what those conversations were about?

I wasn't thinking about the trial this morning and forgot to avoid driving downtown on my way to work...big mistake. Most of the news crews don't like parking their trucks and equipment in the dusty dirt lot, and are parking on and partially blocking several streets anyway...and the MPD, despite its threats, doesn't have the balls to tow a CNN truck on live national television. The police will write tickets for illegally parked trucks, but agencies like Fox News and CNN will gladly pay a few hundred dollars a day in fines to get that "right up in front" view of the courthouse during their live feeds. I just wish they'd do a change of venue on this thing and move it somewhere else.
I want to see Peterson convicted more than most, but does this case REALLY need to still be national news? Is Scott Peterson killing his wife really any worse than the lady who smothered and killed her newborn in a south Modesto motel room recently? So why is one national news, and the other unknown even to most locals?

Really bites that they are not going to televise any of this...

lets see if Geragos postpones it again!I keep thinking, when are they going to lock Geragos up. Bet he'd show then. He definitely has shown contempt for this court. Shyster, shyster, shyster! Delay, delay, delay!
Is he kin to the Clinton's? Maybe by money (Susan McDougald sp).
