They might need to get another Laci, but looking at Ben and Jen together, she looks short, has dark hair and eyes, etc., but they'd have to work on the smile. Nobody had a smile like Laci's.

Commentators can't get the wiretap thing straight. Some talking heads say that Amber's tapes are part of the wiretap evidence, the former prosecutor on MSNBC says that her tapes with SP are not "wiretap" evidence. MSNBC guy thinks the Amber tapes will come in, others say the prosecution has elected to forego them in the prelim.

I'm wondering if the prosecution has opted NOT to use the wiretaps and the GPS evidence in the pre-lim as a preemptive strike. You know that this WILL be highly inflamitory, some of the conversations will infuriiate a potential jury pool. And we know MG is going to use any excuse for a change of venue.
They just simply need to have Amber testify to her relationship with Snotty, lay the groundwork to introduce the tapes at trial...in Modesto, where thousands reside, many of whom searched high and low, prayed and grieved.
