BEDFORD , Oct. 28 Dennis Kucinich told a group of businessmen that his campaign is based in the sense of community and that he felt government had a proper role in regulating their industries.
If were no government regulations then the only rules that would exist would be made by those with the most money, Kucinich said Tuesday morning at the Politics and Eggs breakfast in Bedford .
Kucinich wraps up a two day swing through New Hampshire Tuesday. In the past month, the campaign has put a commitment in New Hampshire that they havent done since they joined the presidential race. Aides say Kucinich will return to the Granite State next week. It will be his third trip to the state in as many weeks.
The Ohio Congressman noted that New Hampshire as a great commitment to community. In that spirit he said the country should embrace the entire world community because we are in a new age where countries are more interconnected and interdependent. This is why, if elected president, he would establish a Department of Peace to encourage non-conflict ways to solve international crisis.
Later Tuesday Kucinich was scheduled to visit a Mont Vernon kindergarten class and a class at St. Anselm College.
Yeah, they're gonna vote for him now. /sarcasm
