The Saudis are our enemies, they have us over a barrel and we're not working as hard as we should to free ourselves of their influence. We have to develop other sources for our supplies of crude but the left thwarts every attempt. I know hydrogen may be the future but it's still too far off. We're doing a great job of financing our sworn enemies.

After reading an article such as this it's hard to argue with Gen Boykin. We may not view the war in religious terms, but our enemy certainly does. This cancer is no longer confined to the ME and it's not going away anytime soon.
