My, my, at her conveience... His inconvenience of risking his life means nothing? You may think as you wish, but I hope that this story will be served up to every youngster around as a reflection of selfishness at its' best.
I am ashamed of her behavior. Furthermore, I figure Fox and Friends better reflect the reactions I expect to see from Americans.
I am certain she will hastily find time to meet with him privately when she and her mouthpieces surmise that this act will affect her book and movie ticket sales. Crass!

You are drawing conclusions based on an article from CNN. You have no idea what arrangements the two of them have. Whatever. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt so as not to look foolish later.
