Walker listed apparent injuries to the ribs, thoracic vertebrae, both sacroiliac joints, both ankles and both knees. "It does show evidence that there are other injuries, other bone fractures that are in a healing stage," Baden explained, adding that those apparent injuries were likely the result of "some kind of trauma. The trauma could be from an auto accident, the trauma could be from a fall, or the trauma could be from some kind of beating that she obtained from somebody somewhere. It's something that should have been investigated in 1991."
Interesting words indeed.

Ditto! And Judge Greer, should be disbarred. He is a disgrace!

As I said on another thread, Mikey boy is shaking in his boots. He was so sure that Terri would be dead by today, and isn't his plan to have her cremated? Catholics do not believe in cremation, I should know, as I am one. No autopsy, no link to his crimes.

"TERRI'S MONSTER PIG HUSBAND BEAT AND FINNALY STRANGLED HER. FRY HIM!" And when that didn't work he tried some "experimental" brain electo-shock therapy and a cortex impant....according to his statement on Larry King yesterday.

BINGO....we have a winner.....
"It sounds more likely to me that electrodes were used to give her an "ELECTRICAL LABOTOMY" to guarantee she couldn't remember her beating, or to satisfy the court's definition of PVS."
Also that kind of abuse will require the patient to be restrained....the resulting contortions during the "experimental" electro shock will likely lead to done damage, fractures etc.
Also its been reported that her brain scan shows diminished cortex....could this be due to the implanted electrode....enquiring minds wish to know.
And was the X-ray data before or after the electro shock.....?

My apologies, I was not referring to you! I meant those other so-called catholics, sorry for the misunderstanding.

I'm also curious to know if any doctors examined Terri at the time of the lawsuit to determine whether or not she would be helped by therapy. It's my understanding that the money awarded in the lawsuit was earmarked for just such therapy.

No statute of limitations for murder. Anybody know if that's also true for attempted murder?
To: DB
Murder, even if the victim dies later from the physical act itself, is still murder. What are the statutes on attempted murder in FL?

"It sounds more likely to me that electrodes were used to give her an "ELECTRICAL LABOTOMY" to guarantee she couldn't remember her beating, or to satisfy the court's definition of PVS." I cannot imagine that a doctor would knowingly do such a thing. Even if the doctor didn't have enough conscience to prevent it, the ethical and legal issues would make it too risky I think.

Thanks for the ping.
Sadly, anyone not brought into court by Michael Schiavo or judge Greer, has their testimonies dismissed....
Greer is blind in more than one way.

I found out that MS sued Terri's OB-GYN and won based on the fact that Terri had been to him for sporatic periods. This is a sign of anorexia, of course. But, Terri weighed 120 pounds! That doesn't sound anorexic to me!
To: tuckrdout
Terri had been to him for sporatic periods That is also a sign of SEVERE STRESS, as in living with a monster.

She may not die for some time.
