If anyone can point me to a list of live TV/radio feeds and scanner streams, I'd appreciate it. The KNBC News internet feed just went off, I presume so they could show Whoopi.

Yeah - all four networks went to prime-time programming. I'm sure KTTV will go back at 10 PT/1 ET, and the others an hour later.
