you read it that way too..huh. Yep...our little perp is being a busy boy. The first site was near the junction of the 60 and I10. Toss and drive on...strike again down the road. LOL...nothing much left to burn east of Cabazon...all desert.

I wonder if this isn't an operational rehearsal,...gotta be some PRC flag ranks watching and measuring response times, congestion and resource flows throughout this entire event.
What really piques my interest is the fires in Ensenada which obscured the entire harbor for several days and not a mention anywhere about it.
