Are they evacuating Yucaipa or is the evacuation to there

At the moment Yuciapa is the objective for people in Barton Flats, Angelus Oaks, Forest Home, etc. Apple Valley is the objective for those in big bear.

Of course Yucaipa will be next to the fire if the reason for the evacuation comes to pass.
