I sent a few emails to my local CBS station, and here's what I got. (LIBERAL BARF ALERT)

"Thank you for your message regarding the upcoming CBS miniseries "The Reagans". Like all CBS affiliates, KIRO-TV plans to air the miniseries in November.

In most reviews of the series, it is also pointed out that the program credits President Reagan as a very good politician, as the leader who brought an end to Communism in Eastern Europe and as a man who stuck to his moral convictions - at times against the advice of his advisors."

What did I expect? It's Seattle.
I'm just glad I have a dish and Foxnews Channel.

I got a call today from a Saturn dealer about a VUE that I WAS going to buy. I told the salesman I'll watch the CBS show and if Saturn is a sponsor - I'll buy something else and I'll send him, Saturn, et.al., copies of the window sticker, the VUE brochure, his card, etc. to demonstrate I was interested in the SUV until they sponsored a trashing of Reagan.
If I don't see a Saturn ad, I'll be in the next day with the check. Hit the advertisers in their pocketbooks.

I had such a lovely evening. I actually turned on CBS, waited for the advertisements, and sent e-mails to those companies telling them they lost a customer because they advertise on CBS, the channel which is planning to air a program which will try to destroy President Reagan.

I caught three so far: Electrasol, Neutrogena and Ocean Spray.

Has http://www.boycottCBS.com site been pulled by the ISP?

Is there another site dedicated to this effort? If not, I sure would like to see one started. Anyone know what is going on? I don't believe it is just busy. I've tried at all hours to get in.

The site is up and running again. They streamlined it and removed images.

All of the flack CBS has gotten about this hatchet job on President Reagan is going to permit them to avoid a public relations disaster. Too bad.
